We are not interested in fashion, but I know some of you are. Here are a few pictures of what is in the shop windows on via Tornabuoni. To start with, here is a night view of via Tornabuoni itself.
The next three are in the display window of a fabric store.
Note the two cat above. For each piece of clothing the price is indicated on a small card in the window. The dress below is 1500 euros (about $2000 in Canadian dollars) and the handbag is 3500 euros.
In a previous post I was wondering why there is such an emphasis on security in
Florence. I suppose witnessing so much conspicuous consumption is bound to create troubles.
I leave you with this little red bag (in croccodrillo) priced at 9500 euros (about $14,250 in Canadian dollars).
